Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and materials.

How to Return a Product
To return a product, please contact our customer support team on +971 52 605 5333 / info @ fairprice.ae and request a return authorization number. Once you have the return authorization number, you can return the product to us in the following ways:

In-store: Bring the product to of our store located in Ajman, UAE with the return authorization number.
By mail: Ship the product back to us with the return authorization number.
Through a shipping partner: We can arrange for a shipping partner to pick up the product from your home.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Incase of COD payment, refund will be processed to your bank account.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be waived for returns due to defective products. However, shipping costs will apply for returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or other reasons not related to product defects.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

Grocery items
Baby products
Beauty and health products
Underwear, Bras, lingerie, swimwear, socks, and tights
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
Electronic items such as Fridges

General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the return criteria.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during return shipping.
